About the Role: 

• Your mission is to find, nurture, and expand partnerships within the pool industry to keep RED RHINO riding high on success. As the bridge between Marketing and Business Development, you'll play a pivotal role in driving leads and revenue in your assigned territory. 
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:  
  • Hunt down new partners like a pro, vetting and onboarding them to the Rhino family.  
  • Partner Relationships: Maintain and grow existing relationships, making strategic calls and visits to keep things thriving.  
  • Strategy, Metrics, and Reporting: Lead the charge in our weekly strategy sessions, attending industry events, and always seeking new revenue channels. 

What We're Looking For: 

• Experience: 9-12 months with RED RHINO preferred.  
• Communication: Stellar interpersonal skills to charm partners of all shapes and sizes.  
• Problem-Solving: Dive deep into pain points and emerge with winning solutions.  
• Road Warrior: Get ready to hit the road 3-4 days a week, rain or shine. 
• Interactions: Aim for 200 meaningful interactions monthly, spread over prospecting, maintenance, and newbie nurturing.  
• Partner Growth: Maintain a positive net gain of active partners while keeping A-B list relationships strong.
