We're looking for a driven, people-first Partner Ambassador to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our valued partner network. In this role, you'll own the full partner relationship experience—onboarding, ongoing support, performance development, and satisfaction—while working closely with local branch leadership to deliver operational excellence. Pay and Perks:
- Total Compensation: $57,000-$81,500 base salary depending on experience

About the Role:
- Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of partners, ensuring consistent, high-quality communication and service delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues before they escalate, keeping partners satisfied and operations running smoothly.
- Gather feedback and track KPIs to measure partner satisfaction, loyalty, and development progress.
- Support Territory Directors in implementing process improvements that strengthen partner outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with branch leadership to develop and execute strategies that elevate the overall partner experience.
- Assess existing workflows and recommend improvements that increase team effectiveness.
What We're Looking For:
- 1–2+ years of partner success, account management, or relationship management experience.
- Background in business development or a partner-facing field is a strong plus.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you build trust quickly and communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
- Comfort with data and metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate value to partners.
- Familiarity with sales or marketing principles and how they support partner growth.
- Willingness to be in the field 3–4 days per week; this is a high-travel, relationship-driven role.
