Position: Partner Ambassador 

As a Partner Ambassador, you’ll be the secret weapon behind our branch’s success: training, coaching, and fostering connections that make our partners feel like VIPs. You’ll juggle responsibilities like a pro, solve problems before they happen, and help our partners reach their full potential, all while keeping things running smoothly. 

Pay and Perks: 

• Total Compensation: $57,000-$81,500 base salary depending on experience
• Vehicle stipend and gas allowance.

About the Role: 

• Support Territory Directors in building and maintaining strong partner relationships
• Deliver consistent, high-quality communication and partner experience
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and satisfaction
• Support the implementation of process improvements that strengthen the partner experience and operational efficiency within the branch
• Gather feedback and use KPIs to drive partner development, satisfaction, and loyalty
• Collaborate on strategies to enhance partner interactions and overall experience
• Assess workflows and implement improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

What We're Looking For: 

• 1-2 years of field experience preferred 
• Proven business development experience preferred 
• Required to be on the road 3-4 days a week with significant windshield time 
• Top-notch communication and people skills to build meaningful relationships with diverse partners and teams 
• A knack for solving problems and thinking critically to address challenges effectively 
• Self-motivation and results-driven energy to excel in an independent yet team-oriented role 
• Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies to help partners grow and thrive
