Position: Repair Division Manager
As our Repair Division Manager, you’ll be the go-to leader for ensuring top-quality repairs, high-impact training, and continuous innovation across RED RHINO’s repair teams. You’ll play a key role in supporting local trainers, improving processes, and making sure every RHINO in the field is equipped to do things the right way—every time. This is a field-forward role, so expect to spend plenty of time working directly with teams to drive excellence.
Pay and Perks:
- Pay: Salary is $75K-94K, which includes base salary and bonus potential awarded monthly based on achievement of Team KPI and Branch Revenue/GPM

About the Role:
- Equip and support trainers to deliver high-quality, efficient repair training
- Develop and maintain engaging, effective training materials for new and ongoing learning
- Lead centralized training efforts, including trainee check-ins and launch signoffs
- Oversee trainer development, vetting, and ongoing performance
- Ensure consistent quality and adherence to the RED RHINO repair process across all locations
- Use performance data to identify and resolve repair quality issues
- Drive process improvements and tool optimization through field-based experimentation
- Leverage reporting and data to foster innovation and boost overall repair performance
What We're Looking For:
- At least 1 year tenure at RED RHINO required
- A strong leader with experience in training, quality control, or field operations
- Passion for developing people and optimizing performance
- Excellent communicator who can connect with both frontline and leadership teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- Field-oriented and energized by hands-on, people-focused work
