• Compensation: $70k- $90k, based on experience.

• Lead your team to meet production goals and crush performance metrics 
• Provide real-time, on-the-job training and guidance
• Ensure every pool leak detections are done to perfection while keeping customers and partners a priority
• Be the go-to person in the field, shaping the success of your branch 
• Help your RHINOS grow while achieving branch goals 

What We're Looking For: 

• Minimum of 1 year at RED RHINO
• Pool leak detection expertise and leadership experience 
• Strong customer service and communication skills 
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
