This is a safety-sensitive position that requires driving a company vehicle. Must be 21 years of age, with 3 years licensed driving experience. Qualifications 

• Plumbing Expertise: Desired 3+ years of experience as a Service Plumber.  
• Must be able to work under the license of a Master Plumber. 
• Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. 

Desired Skills  

• Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, including knowledge of fixtures, piping, water heaters, drain lines, and sewer systems. Experience with various tools, equipment, and materials used in plumbing. Skills and ability to repair or replace residential plumbing fixtures and piping, including clearing and unclogging drains with sewer equipment; working knowledge of gas is preferred.  
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to analyze complex plumbing issues, identify solutions, and implement effective repair strategies. Strong troubleshooting skills.  
• Adaptability: Comfortable working in diverse settings and adapting to different customer needs and requirements. Willingness to work in emergency situations and during non-standard hours, if necessary.  
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in work execution and in communication with all parties. Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and precision.  
• Safety Awareness: Deep understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to plumbing work. Committed to maintaining a safe working environment.   

Physical Demands & Work Environment  

• Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, crawling, bending, and standing for extended periods. 
• Able to handle and install independently, with the help of a dolly, water heaters that can exceed 100 lbs.  
• Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics.  
• Balance, dexterity, clarity of vision, and hand-eye coordination  
• Must be able to safely operate a motor vehicle at all hours of the day and in varying weather conditions.
