Position: Repair Division Manager

As our Repair Division Manager, you’ll help keep RED RHINO’s repair teams sharp, skilled, and always improving. You’ll support local trainers, strengthen processes, and make sure our RHINOs have what they need to do the job right, the first time! This is a hands-on, field-forward role, so you won’t be leading from behind a desk. If you love developing people, solving problems, and raising the bar, you’ll fit right in!

Pay and Perks: 

• Compensation: $75k-$89k
• Benefits: Full standard benefits for full-time employees. 

About the Role: 

• Equip and support trainers to deliver high-quality, efficient repair training
• Develop and maintain engaging, effective training materials for new and ongoing learning
• Lead training efforts, including but not limited to evaluations, check-ins and launch signoffs
• Oversee trainer development, vetting, and ongoing performance
• Ensure consistent quality and adherence to the RED RHINO repair process across all locations
• Use performance data to identify and resolve repair quality issues
• Drive process improvements and tool optimization through field-based experimentation
• Leverage reporting and data to foster innovation and boost overall repair performance

What We're Looking For: 

• 1+ year tenure at RED RHINO required
• 1+ year of repair experience required
• Ability to travel approximately 40%-50% of the time
• Strong leader with experience in training, quality, or field operations
• Passion for developing people and improving performance
• Strong communicator who connects with teams at all levels
• Hands-on, tech-savvy, and comfortable using data to drive improvement
