ROLE SUMMARY

RED RHINO is hiring a Human Resources Manager to join our team.  Fundamentally, the HR Manager is responsible for implementing and protecting HR strategic initiatives that increase organizational effectiveness, while protecting the company mission and core values.  The HR Managers primary responsibilities are Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation/Benefits, Compliance and Risk Mitigation.  This person will obsess over improving and simplifying things and ensuring sustainability for rapid growth of the company including processes, tools, communication and measures.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Measure and assess the impact of tools and resources introduced to the organization.
  • Continually evaluate solutions for quality, business impact, scalability and sustainability.
  • Building and analyzing reports
  • Oversight on onboarding and off boarding
  • Provide necessary training on various platforms our employees use
  • Performance Reviews
  • Employee Morale and Team Building
  • Employee Satisfaction Surveys
  • The ambassador of our company Values
  • Make recommendations for employee compensation, benefits and incentives
  • Make sure company is in compliance in all areas including but not limited to Fleet Vehicles, Insurances, employment laws and regulations in whatever states we have employees.
  • Vendor Management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision in a fast-paced and growing quickly environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to develop and earn the trust of others.
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills and critical thinking
  • A passion for innovating HR solutions and executing process improvement with strong project management skills
  • 5+ years of experience in HR Management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Certification in HR
  • Knowledge of Florida and California Employment Laws a Plus
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft and Google products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Drive, Gmail, etc.
